THE DISTANCES
Dial the access number with local area code of where you are calling. If none of the codes corresponds to the area from where you are calling, you can use the 1-800 number at the end of the list.
Whenever you make an international call, the system will report your current balance in dollars and the number of minutes available for the destination dialed.
Once you get the access number for your city, dial it and after hearing your balance, dial the destination phone number:
011 + Country Code + City Code + Number + Numeral #
Example: if you were calling a cell phone in Cuba, you would dial 011 +53 +5 + XXXXXXX + #
Very Important: In the end, always dial the # key and not “Send” button, because some phone service providers can capture these calls as if they were made through them and billed at their rates.
Every time you make a call, the system will notify you the amount in U.S. $ of your balance and the number of minutes available for the destination dialed. If you want to call faster, you can use “Quick Dial”
